Yes. While most of our patients come from these 16 NE Portland neighborhoods, we welcome patients from anywhere in the Portland metro area. These are just the neighborhoods closest to our clinic.
Do you serve families with children?
Yes. We provide care for all ages: newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. We are a family medicine clinic and believe in caring for the entire family.
Can I walk in for same-day appointments?
We offer same-day and next-day appointments for members, but we require a phone call to arrange a visit which ensures your doctor has adequate time for your visit (30-60 minutes) rather than the rushed 10-15 minute appointments typical of walk-in clinics.
Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have wheelchair accessible entrance, restrooms, and exam rooms. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call us at (503) 607-8913 and we'll ensure we can accommodate you.
Do you accept patients without insurance?
Yes. Our primary care membership works with or without insurance. Many of our NE Portland patients are uninsured, self-employed, or have high-deductible plans. The membership covers all your primary care needs regardless of insurance status.
What languages do you speak?
Our provider speaks English and Spanish fluently. We welcome patients from NE Portland's diverse communities.
